Think of all the money you saved not being in weddings this year? I’ve been in a few weddings myself. I know how stressful it can be when you’re not even the one getting married.

Read the humorous tales of me being a bridesmaid three times by the time I was 18 in The Washington Post.

I know we’ve all had friends and family who had to cancel or postpone their weddings this year. A few have eloped, hoping to have receptions with their friends and family in the future. My sister and her now-husband were married on October 10th by our mother on her front porch. They are the guests of honor for the show. Their love and dedication through all the scares and disappointments during the pandemic is what inspired me to do the show on Zoom.

Congratulations Josh and Portia Thurman!

This past year you didn’t have to be a bridesmaid! You didn’t have to go to any bachelorette parties! You didn’t have to have your dinner interrupted by anyone else’s bachelorette parties. Don’t you miss them just a little bit?

Since you didn’t get to fly to Vegas for a bachelorette party this year, read about the time I helped throw one for a friend of mine and we tried our best not to be annoying.

Get your ticket to the show today! Be sure to let me know if you’re celebrating a wedding, engagement, or anything else related to the theme of the show. Hope to see you there (virtually)!
